High Impact Conversations ~ Peace & Productivity in the Workplace
What is the most important conversation you are NOT having?
Increasingly the world, our
communities and our organizations seem to find conflict more prevalent than
concord. We are working hard but it is exhausting. There is a sense that
something is missing: Peace and productivity in our relationships, arguably the
most important contributor to work performance. This communication workshop is
for leaders and staff who seek productive conversations and easier, more
effective partnerships with coworkers, staff, clients and upper-management.
In a lively, interactive, yet safe learning
environment, we provide numerous exercises to learn how to achieve thriving and
successful relationships through more fearless, comfortable and productive
conversations. Through practice, participants experience that no conversation is
too difficult and no conflict is too deep to resolve. They leave with new
insights into listening, the art of questions and collaboration, and gain
increased confidence and empowerment in dealing with relationships of all kinds
at work.
